Installation Instructions:

1. Open the rear tailgate and locate the liftgate release handle.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that secure the liftgate release handle.
3. Carefully pull the liftgate release handle away from the tailgate to release it from the clips that hold it in place.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the liftgate release handle.
5. Take the new liftgate release handle and connect the electrical connector to it.
6. Align the clips on the new liftgate release handle with the slots on the tailgate and press it firmly into place.
7. Secure the liftgate release handle to the tailgate by reinstalling the two screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
8. Test the new liftgate release handle to ensure that it is working properly.
