Popular in spas all over the world, dry brushing is a traditional technique that helps to slough dead cells, reduce the appearance of cellulite, cleanse the lymphatic system, support digestion, increase energy, tighten skin, and stimulate circulation.

Use daily – preferably during the morning – by dry brushing the entire body, with added pressure on areas with thicker skin like the feet, then rinse the body with both hot and cold water.

These brushes are handmade by a group of artisans in Central Mexico, using the same materials and methods that have been honoured for decades.

Care: It is recommended not to use this brush with water, only for use as a dry brush. For best results, the brush can be moved across the body in firm, small strokes in an upwards or circular motion towards the heart. With the daily addition of this ritual for 3 – 5 minutes a day, skin will be substantially softer and firmer, and overall health improved.
