The leaf skimmer features 3/8" solid aluminum rod frame and a durable net molded into the nets frame. The net easily allows water to pass through for quicker skimming while picking up even smaller debris. The net is easy to replace and simply snaps onto the aluminum rod frame when the net becomes worn out.
