Sanneng's round embossed cake pan is meant to bake sponge and other similar cakes. Made of anodized aluminum, the metal of the pan is treated to develop an exceptionally durable finish that will last a long time.

The height of these Sanneng cake pan is higher than standard cake pan therefore is suitable for many types of cakes such as Japanese cheesecake, Victorian sponge cake etc. The bottom of the mould can be removed easily.
