Designed for user convenience, the front mount controls offer easy viewing and accessibility, while the electronic temperature control with a digital read-out ensures precise heating. With variable digital speed control on the conveyor belt, you can customize your cooking process, allowing for cook times ranging from 1 to 20 minutes and a reversible conveyor belt direction for added flexibility. Thermally insulated for energy efficiency, this oven is powered by an efficient gas burner, delivering consistent baking results through high-velocity precision targeted airflow distribution panels.
This versatile oven is stackable up to three units high, making it ideal for spaces with limited room. For easy maintenance, it features a removable front panel, crumb tray, and both top and bottom airflow distribution panels. The single oven comes standard with 18" legs and 6" casters, while the double stack option features 12" legs with the same casters. A triple stack configuration is available upon request. For proper installation, the oven is equipped with a 3/4” NPT gas connection at the rear and must be placed under a ventilation hood for optimal performance.
